Job description:

 

Primary objective of the job:

As Digicel’s CVM Campaign Manager for Tier 3  you will develop and implement customer value management strategy across multiple channels (SMS, push notification, e-mail, etc) for each of the markets based on Marketing and Commercial’s teams goals.

 

This is a regional role and candidates may be based in any of the following markets : Grenada, Dominica, St Lucia, St. Vincent, St Kitts & Nevis, Anguilla, Antigua, Montserrat, BVI, TCI, Cayman, Aruba, Bonaire, Curacao.

 

Main Duties and responsibilities:

  • Guarantee the execution of set strategies across the assigned Market(s) with monthly definition of KPIs and goals to be reached
  • Manage a multi-market CVM team direct leadership on the markets’ Product Owners, guiding them on how to best reach the strategy and goals laid out for their markets
  • Develop a culture of engagement and leads and motivates the team to deliver business objectives by setting clear expectations, adjusting strategy as needed to address changing local market conditions, and continually developing the competency of team members.  
  • Overseeing markets’ monthly results and providing hands-on guidance in case of bellow-targets performances
  • Work together with the Data Lead to ensure correct reporting and visualization of campaign and customer data for generation of insights
  • Providing monthly reports to senior Commercial leadership in Digicel based on markets’ performance
  • Conducting CVM monthly audits to ensure all 8 markets are complying to set strategy
  • Perform any other duties that may be reasonably assigned

 

Profile description:

Academic qualifications and experience required for job:

  • Bachelor’s degree is required. An MBA or other advanced degree is preferred.
  • At least six (6) years of relevant commercial/ marketing experience
  • Experience with leadership and management of a large group of people
  • Experience with CVM systems for customer journey design and management
  • Proven success in delivering marketing or sales results and/or achieving targets by leading sales teams
  • Experience in business analytics or other analytical areas is preferred – mainly data visualization and segmentation
  • The ability to think analytically and apply good business judgment, as well as being capable of leading cross-functional teams of people
  • Strong project management skills, i.e., the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and requirements simultaneously
  • Prior experience with telecommunications is preferred
