KPMG in Jamaica is seeking to hire suitably qualified, competent, talented, highly motivated, detail-oriented, data processing specialist to join its Proposal Support Team in the capacity of Campaign Enablement Officer.

OVERVIEW:

KPMG Jamaica has a delivery center named “Jamaica Extended Support Services (JESS)” operating from Kingston, which is contracted to provide back-office support to its member firm KPMG United States (“the Client”). The Client is expanding operations at JESS to support the Campaign Management process area. Team members within the delivery center work with Client’s stakeholders under a team extension model to support Client’s back-office operations.

  JOB SUMMARY:

The Clients’ Campaign Enablement resources are responsible for performing various tasks in accordance with standard operating procedures provided by the Clients’ Campaign Enablement team including, but not limited to customer communications, collaboration with internal KPMG teams, Review launch and activation dates, request periodic updates of marketing activity, Follow up with Marketing employees onshore to update the content pipeline; Distribute weekly and monthly alerts.

The JESS Campaign Enablement Officer report primarily to the JESS  Manager but will also take direction from other Client team members who are accountable for supported work.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Service Delivery

  •  Daily monitoring of submissions on internal platform for new activity
  •  Performs status updates and validation of activities/ assets against the company’s internal criteria and perform outreach to key stakeholders where there are inconsistencies or missing information
  •  Weekly review of planned/final launch dates, updating internal reports to reflect the status changes and perform validating against the company’s internal criteria
  • Reviewing for data consistency across multiple platforms and making necessary linkages/updates
  • Validate assets and prepare content submissions for review by the client team

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

  •  Bachelor’s degree (ideal) or associate degree with at least 2-3 years of working experience
  • The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years’ experience supporting a PMO
  • 1-3 years’ Data Processing experience is preferred
  • Experience in MS Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) required, including intermediate Excel skills
  • Experience developing documentation including process flow, standard operating procedures (SOP), etc.

SPECIAL CONDITIONS

  • Expected to work in a fast-paced team environment
  • Will be working primarily in a paperless environment and expected to be using information systems for the entire workday to access data or perform activities
  • May be required to work extended hours periodically or on public holidays
