Customer Service & Sales

• Warmly welcome customers and maintain a friendly, professional atmosphere.
• Serve donuts, coffee, and other offerings efficiently.
• Share product knowledge and promote daily specials.
• Accurately process sales, manage float ($640), and handle opening/closing on the POS system.
• Respond to phone/WhatsApp inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Manage FoodDrop orders quickly and ensure accurate logging of customer requests

Food & Beverage Preparation

• Prepare coffee, drinks, and sandwiches to standard recipes.
• Keep equipment clean and ready for use.

Store Operations & Presentation

• Open store at 7:00 AM and prepare for service.
• Unpack, arrange, and display donuts attractively while following food safety standards.
• Maintain stock of daily supplies (e.g. boxes, bags, napkins).
• Perform accurate daily inventory and close store at the designated time.

Cleanliness & Maintenance

• Keep all areas (front, back, restroom) clean and sanitary.
• Clean donut containers and manage end-of-day waste disposal.

Communication & Coordination

• Maintain respectful, clear communication with customers, team, and admin.
