Manage the Administrative, Registrar and Paying Agency function and related activities for transactions arranged by the Corporate and Investment Banking Unit and/ or services provided to third-parties.
FUNCTIONAL ASSIGNMENTS:
- Manage the Administrative, Registrar and Paying Agency function and related activities for
transactions arranged by the Corporate and Investment Banking Unit and/ or services provided to
third-parties.
- Provide support to the Corporate and Investment Banking Unit in the execution of specific day-today
functions and deliverables.
SUMMARY OF DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain and update a register of Investors and/ or Lenders for all Bond and/ or Syndicated Loan
facilities in which AMBL acted as Arranger and/ or where AMBL provides Agency services to
third parties. The register should include key client information including but not limited to client
contact details, certificates/notes data (facility, amount, banking instructions) and all other relevant
information to ensure timely payments and other key deliverables of the Unit. (Accuracy, proper
back-up systems, completeness, timeliness).
- Manage the communication process with Borrowers/ Issuers, Trustees, Guarantors and Investors/
Lenders for Facilities that arranged and/ or for which AMBL acts as Administrative, Registrar and
Paying Agent. Activities include payment clearing follow-ups, reminders, managing specific client
requests and any other related activities. (Client service, accuracy and timeliness)
- Together with the deal lead, provide support in the execution and settlement of Corporate and
Investment Banking (Primary Capital Market) and/or Syndicated Loan Facilities.
EDUCATION:
- Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in Finance / Economics/ Management or an equivalent Tertiary
Education qualification.
- Certifications in the areas of Accounting, Finance, Investments and Business Administration will
be an asset.
BUSINESS/TECHNICAL SKILLS:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, MS Teams)
- Experience in accounting software
