Job Summary

To oversee and manage all aspects (operations, finance oversight, staff, compliance, patient experience, service provider and supplier/vendor relationships, etc.) of the day-to-day administrative functions of a small but rapidly growing medical clinic. 

Job Responsibilities

  1. Business Strategy Design and Implementation:

Participate in the design of business strategies and translate these into actionable plans and ensure their effective implementation.

  1. Team Leadership:

Design and implement effective leadership strategies to maximize the skills and talents of all members of staff in alignment with strategic targets as well as the clinic’s core mission, vision and values.

  1. Process Development and Optimization: 

Develop, implement, analyze and refine systems and processes to to enhance efficiency and productivity in a rapidly growing organization.

  1. Budget Management:

Oversee and manage clinic budget, analyze financial data, and identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue generation. 


  1. Communication:

Establish and maintain clear communication channels within the organization and with external stakeholders. 


  1. Risk Management:

Identify and mitigate potential risks to operations, ensuring smooth and uninterrupted business flow. 


  1. Quality Assurance:

Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure that our services meet established standards. 


  1. Policy Development:

Develop, implement, and enforce company policies and procedures. 


  1. Reporting and Analysis:

Generate and analyze reports to track performance, identify trends, and guide data-driven decisions. 

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, healthcare administration, or related field
  2. Master’s degree in Business Administration highly desirable
  3. Minimum of 3 years experience in senior business management, preferably in healthcare
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
  1. Superior strategic thinking
  2. Strong leadership and people development

  4. Process/systems/workflow management and improvement
  5. Master communicator, both written and verbal
