Purpose of the Job:

  1. Oversee the financial, administrative, and operational functions of the institution.

 Principal  Responsibilities:

  1. Contribute to long-term strategic planning and institutional development initiatives.
  2.  Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and cost-effective management of resources.
  3.  Monitor budgets, financial reports, and performance metrics; identify areas for improvement and cost savings.
  4. Lead operational planning, resource allocation, and logistical support for school events and programs
  5.  Manage and motivate team members, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and fostering a positive work environment
  6.  Maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to support business growth and customer satisfaction.
  7. Ensure the institution’s facilities are maintained, safe, and compliant with health and safety standards.
  8. Prepare documentation and reports for inspections, audits, and accreditation processes
  9. conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and work with various teams to achieve revenue targets.
  10. Identify new growth opportunities, build relationships with schools, corporates, and government bodies, and enhancing the school’s brand visibility

Competencies

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years of business or operations management experience (preferably in an educational or nonprofit setting)
  • Proven experience in business management, operations, or a similar leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of business functions including finance,  marketing, and sales.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in data analysis, budgeting, and strategic planning.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Experience with project management tools.
  • Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite
