Business Development Officer

Rresponsibilities:

• To establish and maintain all business development (sales interactions) whether in person or virtual.
  • To engage and support in the timely quoting and bid generation processes. 

                              •     Responsible for remaining up to date on existing and potential stakeholders' activities.               •     Responsible for the generation of comprehensive sales activity logs and the timely    submission.                                                

•     To conduct market surveys and new products and services analyses to inform business strategies.

• To support the establishment and maintenance of a comprehensive customer relationship management (CRM) system which includes but not limited to tracking of outbound business development activities.
  • To formulate and conduct sales and service presentations, on demand, in person, and virtually.
  • To generate reports relating to external stakeholder activities on demand, which includes but not limited to sales activities, service activities, and the competition.
  • Responsible for the effective development and execution of selling tactics towards sustaining the competitive advantage.
  • To assist in the development and maintenance of the approved company profile.
  • To ensure the timely preparation of quotations, proposals, bid packages and outbound correspondences for upper management's approval.
  • To engage in cold calling campaigns to support the approved business development initiatives.
  • To assist in the development and execution of sales and marketing strategies.
  • To perform tasks related to general housekeeping of assigned work areas.

• • To adhere to all policies and management system (MS) guidelines.
  • To execute all tasks assigned for the furtherance of this job description.
  • To assist, as needed, in the development of all Health, Safety, Environmental, Quality (HSEQ), and Operational Management Systems (MS).
