Business Development Officer
The Business Development Officer supports the growth of the institute by assisting in identifying new business opportunities, engaging prospective clients, and promoting the institute’s security and public safety training programs.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through networking, referrals, digital outreach and events.
• Promote and sell the institute’s training programs and services
• Engage prospective clients and support needs assessments to recommend suitable solutions
• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
• Update records and track sales pipeline activity
• Collaborate with operations on promotional initiatives
• Work towards achieving assigned sales targets
Qualifications & Requirements
• Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales or marketing
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Must own a reliable vehicle for work-related travel
