The objective of this role is to enhance the brand awareness and support revenue-generation for JMMB TT brands, to provide communications support.

Job Summary:

The objective of this role is to enhance the brand awareness and support revenue-generation for JMMB TT brands, to provide communications support. This is to be done through the management and execution of marketing initiatives, for example, advertising, public relations, CSR, social media, digital marketing and corporate communications.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support annual strategic plans for business lines, including:
    • Media Plans
    • Campaign materials and support (collateral material)
    • Budgets
    • Monitor and provide feedback on campaigns
  • Support and coordinate strategic partnership plans, including the following:
    • Create an annual plan for strategic partnerships to help build brand awareness and brand equity
    • Support team engagement activities
    • Support CSR activities
    • Oversee and coordinate brand execution at events.
  • Coordinate with agency representative to execute plans as per calendar plans
    • Review costs
    • Build successful working relationship
    • Prepare winning creative communication
    • Manage Media schedule
    • Manage timelines
  • Monthly reporting
    • Monitor marketing activities of key competitors, and make recommendations accordingly
    • Monthly brand activities and performance
    • Monthly budget
    • Monthly social media performance
  • Market research
  • Review and provide feedback to the Country Marketing Manager for sponsorship requests.

 

Qualifications (Education & Certification):

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or other related field from a recognized institution

Experience:

  • At least 1-2 years, related experience and/or training in Marketing; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience in Event Co-ordination
  • Experience in Social Media/Digital media

 Other (Skills):

  • Must have excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Must have excellent interpersonal skills in order to convey the needs of the organization effectively
  • Must be good at establishing and maintaining relationships with clients (internal and external) and suppliers.
  • Must be detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills, and they must be able to multi-task, meet tight deadlines, and maintain composure under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Quantitative and analytic skills are needed to formulate and follow budgets and to understand contracts.
  • Must be solutions oriented in thinking.
  • Must have excellent presentation skills (PPT or Canva)
