We are seeking a dynamic Brand Communications Officer to support the execution of communication and marketing initiatives across digital, traditional, and internal channels. This role plays a key part in boosting brand visibility, customer engagement, and business growth.
Key Duties:
Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns.
Monitor industry trends, prepare reports, and track media coverage.
Support internal communications, events, and production of marketing materials.
Manage social media platforms and ensure timely customer responses.
Produce content briefs and develop written content aligned with brand guidelines.
Coordinate production of visual assets (graphics, videos, infographics).
Support customer engagement initiatives, upselling via digital channels.
Assist with promotional events and administrative tasks.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, PPC, and data analytics.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple projects.
Strong customer service and engagement capabilities.
Proficiency in Google Analytics, Canva, and social media insights.
Qualifications:
Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Digital Marketing, or related field OR equivalent experience.
Minimum five (5) CXC/CSEC subjects including English Language & Mathematics.
CAPE Communication Studies or related Unit 2 subjects considered an asset.
