Are you detail-oriented, highly organized, and experienced in client reporting and invoicing? LightFire Partners LLC is looking for a dedicated Billing Specialist to join our dynamic team full-time.

As a Billing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient and accurate generation of invoices based on client reporting and performance outcomes. You will collaborate closely with various departments, ensuring that all billing processes align with company standards and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze client reports to determine invoicing requirements.

• Generate accurate and timely invoices using company systems.

• Collaborate with our account management team to ensure alignment on performance outcomes and billing details.

• Maintain detailed records of all billing transactions, ensuring compliance with company policies.

• Identify and resolve billing discrepancies efficiently between the company and its clients

• Assist in preparing weekly billing reports for internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in billing, accounting, or finance roles preferred.

• Proficiency in invoicing software and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• BSc in Business Administration, Accounting, Banking & Finance or related field
