Bilingual Verified Legal Officer (Vacation Club)

Objective

The incumbent should be able to read and explain the contract to the members, according to the level they are acquiring and current policies of the products of Palace Elite.

Requirements

Fluent in Spanish and English

1-2 years’ experience in a Vacation or Membership Club

Associate or Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent Work Experience

Good people management and time management skills

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Well-groomed, professional appearance.

General Responsibilities:

• Check that the membership contract documents comply with current policies according to the membership level they are acquiring.
• Reads and explains the membership contract, answers questions and finalizes the signing with the members.
• Carry out follow-ups derived from the sale and post-sale of the memberships.
• Assists post-sales members and sales representatives with issues related to membership contracts
