Aventa Jamaica is seeking a reliable, professional, and trustworthy Bearer to support their administrative and financial operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering and collecting important documents, payments, and checks, ensuring secure and timely transactions on behalf of the company.

Deliver company cheques to banks and financial institutions for deposit or payment.
Collect payments, invoices, and documents from clients, suppliers, and service providers.
Submit and collect insurance claim forms and related documentation.
Pay vendors and maintain accurate records of transactions.
Keep an organized log of all deliveries, collections, and errands completed.
Safeguard all documents, cash, and cheques while in transit.
Assist the Finance and Administrative Departments with errands and general office support.
Perform filing, photocopying, and other clerical tasks as required.
Represent Aventa Jamaica in a professional, courteous manner at all times.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
1–2 years of experience in a similar role.
Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
Strong knowledge of routes and locations within the relevant city/region.
Excellent time management, reliability, and integrity.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow instructions precisely.
