Bartender

We're seeking an experienced Bartender who would be the heart of the guest experience, serving our house-brewed beers, crafting quality cocktails, guiding guests through our beer selections, and ensuring every visit feels personal, memorable, and seamless. and creating a warm, engaging atmosphere.

Role Summary

Our bartenders are the heart of the guest experience — serving our house-brewed beers, crafting quality cocktails, and creating a warm, engaging atmosphere. You will represent our brand with pride, guide guests through our beer selections, and ensure every visit feels personal, memorable, and seamless.

Key Responsibilities:

• Craft and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, featuring our in-house brews. 
• Deliver attentive, friendly, and efficient service at the bar and in dining areas. 
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar at all times. 
• Process payments accurately through the POS system.
• Follow all sanitation, safety, and alcohol-handling procedures.
• Maintain strong knowledge of our beers — including flavor profiles, brewing styles, and ideal pairings.
• Guide guests in selecting beverages tailored to their tastes.
• Promote beer flights, seasonal brews, and specials with confidence and enthusiasm.
• Share guest feedback with the brewing and management teams.

Qualifications:

• Previous bartending experience required (craft beer or brewery experience an asset).
• Genuine passion for beer and exceptional hospitality. 
  
• Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
  
• Must meet legal requirements to serve alcohol.
  
• Must be available for shift work, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
