We are looking for an experienced Bar Manager to join our team.

We are currently looking for aBar Managerto lead our bars operation and ensure our guests enjoy memorable beverage experiences while maintaining the highest service standards.

Key responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of all bars to ensure service excellence.
  • Lead, coordinate, and motivate the bar team to achieve operational and service goals.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards, hygiene policies, and operational procedures.
  • Manage bar staffing, schedules, and team performance.
  • Supervise inventories of beverages, glassware, equipment, and supplies.
  • Coordinate bar participation in hotel events, guest functions, and special celebrations.
  • Monitor product usage and control supplies together with supervisors and assistants.
  • Conduct staff briefings, training sessions, and team meetings to improve service quality.
  • Ensure effective communication within the department and with other hotel teams.
  • Support recruitment, interviews, and performance evaluations for bar staff.
  • Oversee orders, stock management, and operational planning to ensure smooth service.

Requirements for a strong fit

  • Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience as a Bar Manager or Assistant Bar Manager in hotels of similar category.
  • Strong knowledge of bar operations, beverage service, and hospitality standards.
  • Familiarity with workplace safety, hygiene, and environmental policies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Fluent English required.
  • Leadership skills, organization, and ability to manage teams in a fast-paced environment.
