Mother’s Enterprises Limited, a respected and growing food manufacturing and retail brand, is seeking to engage an experienced Bakery Manager to lead our bakery operations, drive product excellence, and support our continued expansion.
Lead and manage all pastry production and bakery operations activities.
Translate sales forecasts and catering orders into daily/weekly production plans.
Adjust production schedules to accommodate urgent or short-notice orders.
Ensure strict adherence to recipes, product specifications, and packaging standards
Monitor and control food costs in line with approved budgets.
Supervise product development, including new formulations, line extensions and packaging improvements.
Oversee pastry displays and cabinet layouts across retail locations.
Ensure accurate production documentation and timely data entry.
Maintain high sanitation standards, including routine and deep cleaning schedules.
Ensure compliance with all food safety and regulatory requirements (Health, FSPID, BSJ, MLSS).
Manage procurement of raw materials and packaging; oversee inventory and returns.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Operations, Baking Technology, or a related field
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar leadership role within a bakery or food manufacturing environment
Formal training and hands-on expertise in baking technology, pastry making, and cake decorating
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
High level of integrity and professionalism
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to multitask and perform under pressure
Commercial awareness with a customer-focused mindset
Creativity in pastry design and presentation
In-depth knowledge of baking processes and product development
