BARTENDER

We are seeking a skilled and personable Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving a wide range of beverages, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring a clean and well-organized bar area.

BARTENDER (PIARCO BAR)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES: 

• Ensures that the highest level of quality is established and maintained as it pertains to products and customer service.
• Ensures that drinks are being made to specification.
• Maintains the clean and sanitary condition of the Bar and its environs.
• Prepares drinks in accordance with the established Company’s policies and procedures. The Bartender should also ensure that all drink items are available during opening hours.
• Deposits cash and sales in accordance with the Company’s policies and procedures.
• The opening and closing of the Bar is based on the Outlet’s hours of operation.
• Patrols all customer contact zones, garnering feedback on service and quality.
• Monitors wastage and shortages, ensuring that they are kept to a minimum.
• Handles customer complaints efficiently and professionally and reports all complaints to Management.
• Improves sales, customer relations and product and service quality.

   EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Minimum qualification of five (5) CXC O’ Levels
• Minimum of three (3) years’ bartending experience within the customer service industry
• Restaurant experience would be considered an asset
