Our client is seeking a results-driven B2B Sales Representative to drive revenue growth by developing B2B relationships and managing corporate accounts.

LOCATION: Trincity

SECTOR: Retail

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum of five (5) CXC O' Level passes, including Mathematics and English.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of verifiable success in a B2B sales or corporate account management environment.
  • Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and executive-level communication skills.
  • Proven experience working with CRM platforms and the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A self-driven, target-oriented professional with a disciplined approach to business development.
  • A valid driver’s license is required for this role to facilitate site visits and client consultations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

  • Proactively identify and qualify new B2B opportunities within the corporate and institutional sectors.
  • Oversee the full sales process, from strategic prospecting and lead generation to contract closing and post-sale follow-ups.
  • Prepare detailed quotations and professional proposals tailored to meet the specific requirements of institutional stakeholders.
  • Maintain a high level of administrative accuracy using an internal CRM to track pipeline health and sales forecasting.
  • Conduct professional presentations and product demonstrations to executive-level decision-makers.
  • Liaise with logistics and warehouse departments to ensure seamless order fulfillment and client satisfaction.
  • Meet and exceed established monthly sales KPIs and revenue objectives.
