We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Barista with at least 2–3 years of experience in a high-volume coffee shop, café, or hospitality environment. The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving specialty coffee beverages, teas, smoothies, and light food items.
Annual Salary: $1,200,000 JMD (base salary, along with a performance-based incentives/bonus opportunities)

Prepare and serve a wide variety of hot and cold beverages (espresso-based drinks, teas, smoothies, etc.) according to recipes and customer preferences.
Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing questions or special requests.
Operate coffee equipment (espresso machines, grinders, blenders, brewers) with a high degree of proficiency.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café, including workstations, equipment, and seating areas.
Restock supplies (coffee beans, milk, pastries, condiments) and monitor inventory levels.
Follow all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
Upsell products and contribute to achieving café sales targets.
Assist in training new team members as needed.
Experience: Minimum 2–3 years as a Barista in a busy café, restaurant, or hospitality setting.
Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods, latte art, and café operations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and maintain attention to detail.
Basic math and POS (Point of Sale) system skills.
Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
Certification in food handling or barista training is a plus.
