The Food and Beverage Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the food and beverage operations, ensuring the highest level of quality, service, and profitability.
Base Salary: $6,000,000 JMD per annum.

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
Minimum of 5 years of managerial experience in food and beverage operations.
Strong knowledge of food and beverage trends, industry standards, and best practices.

Proven ability to manage budgets, financial reports, and cost-control measures.
Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Proficient in POS systems and Quickbooks.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Must have a valid driver's license and own a reliable more vehicle.
Plan, organize, and manage the day-to-day operations of all food and beverage outlets (restaurants, bars, lounges, banquets, room service, etc.).
Develop and implement menus in collaboration with the culinary team to align with market trends and customer preferences.
Monitor and maintain quality control across all food and beverage services, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate staff to foster a high-performance culture focused on customer satisfaction. Ensuring that the company culture is always maintained.
Manage budgets, control costs, and maximize profitability through effective inventory management, pricing strategies, and labor optimization.
Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts to ensure quality products at competitive prices.
Handle guest complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring issues are resolved to maintain high customer satisfaction.
Analyze sales and revenue data, preparing reports and making recommendations for improvement.
Implement marketing initiatives, promotions, and events to drive revenue and attract new customers.
Ensure compliance with all licensing, health, and safety regulations.
Selecting and attending yearly trade shows and seminars to improve the companies readiness to new market trends and technologies.
