JOB TITLE: B2B Sales
LOCATION: Port of Spain
DEPARTMENT: Membership/Marketing
POSITION LEVEL: 4

Develop and maintain a good balance between volume sales and our members and a create loyalty towards our business, by ensuring a good selection of merchandise and offering the best services.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Keep members updated with changes in price,availability of merchandise and new products. 
• Organize and facilitate lists of Purchases or requisitions, promote the sale of complete container (With Management approval)
• Follow up with declining members reflected in the Membership Top 300 Report”
• Be aware of current on hand inventory on the Top 10 items.

AS AN EMPLOYEE OF PRICESMART, THE INCUMBENT OF THIS POSITION HAS THE RESPONSIBILITY TO:

MINIMUM REQUIRED EDUCATION AND/OR FORMAL TRAINING, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum two (2) years of university-based studies in Business Administration or similar areas. Or Certificate in sales training or a minimum of two (2) years in sales or account management role. (Degree Preferred)
• Minimum two (2) years of experience in similar role, preferably in the retail environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively and demonstrate teamwork.
• Excellent math skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Knowledge in Windows operating system and AS400.
• Proficient in English and/or Spanish languages (verbal and written).
• Travel, as required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Must have working vehicle.
• Excellent customer service and sales skills
• Ability to develop and execute sales strategies.
• Ability to achieve targets.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Fast learner with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Possess good analytical, reporting and presentation skills.
• Ability to conduct sales meetings.
• Knowledge of modern marketing and sales techniques
• Ability to report effectively and meet deadlines.
• Possess good negotiation skills.
• Strong and effective communication skills

• Must be articulate.
