Our client is seeking a mature, disciplined, and strong-minded Supervisor to lead aviation security operations during assigned shifts at the airport.

Aviation security experience is NOT required.

Full aviation security regulatory and airline-specific training will be provided. However, prior experience in security, military, law enforcement, airport operations, logistics, or other structured operational environments will be considered an asset.

Due to the unique and high-responsibility nature of aviation security, we are specifically seeking candidates with proven leadership maturity and the ability to command respect, manage discipline, and make firm operational decisions.

This is a high-accountability leadership role requiring confidence, authority, and strong documentation skills.


Key Responsibilities

Operational Supervision

  • Lead and oversee frontline security agents during assigned shifts.
  • Conduct shift briefings and issue operational instructions.
  • Ensure procedures are followed in accordance with company policies and client requirements (training provided).
  • Visit operational areas during flights to monitor compliance.
  • Ensure safety protocols and uniform standards are maintained.

Team Leadership & Discipline

  • Manage manpower allocation and shift coverage.
  • Address lateness, non-compliance, and performance issues.
  • Issue written notifications where required.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and report completion before staff dismissal.
  • Maintain authority and uphold strict discipline standards.

Reporting & Administration

  • Prepare and submit:
    • Staffing reports
    • Shift documentation
    • Incident and operational reports
  • Escalate security, safety, or operational issues to Management.
  • Ensure all paperwork is accurate, signed, and submitted within required timelines.

Training & Oversight

  • Oversee On-the-Job Training (OJT) processes.
  • Conduct operational checks and internal audits.
  • Ensure equipment accountability (radios, documentation materials, etc.).
  • Collect reports in cases of operational issues and prepare summary findings.

  • Ability to work in a high-pressure, time-sensitive environment
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills
  • Comfortable enforcing policies and corrective actions
  • Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays

Experience

  • This Is an asset (Not Mandatory):
  • Supervisory or team leadership experience (any industry)
  • Security, military, law enforcement, or airport environment experience
  • Operations, logistics, or structured shift-based industries
  • Prior aviation security knowledge (advantage but not required)
