As a Digital Transformation Associate within the Government & Public Sector practice, you will partner with CARICOM member states and public institutions to design and implement innovative digital strategies.

KPMG in Caricom is seeking to hire talented, highly motivated Associate - Digital Transformation - Government & Public SectorAs a Digital Transformation Associate within the Government & Public Sector practice, you will partner with CARICOM member states and public institutions to design and implement innovative digital strategies that enhance citizen services, improve operational efficiency, and drive inclusive economic growth.


 Job Responsibilities

Strategy & Advisory:
• Develop digital transformation roadmaps aligned with government objectives and CARICOM regional frameworks.
• Advise on policy, governance, and regulatory considerations for digital initiatives.

Solution Design & Implementation:
• Assess current digital maturity and identify opportunities for modernization.
• Support implementation of e-Government platforms, cloud adoption, and data-driven decision-making tools.

Stakeholder Engagement:
• Collaborate with ministries, agencies, and regional bodies to ensure alignment and stakeholder buy-in.
• Facilitate workshops and capacity-building sessions for public sector leaders.

Innovation & Emerging Tech:
• Introduce best practices in cybersecurity, digital identity, and interoperability.
• Explore AI, blockchain, and IoT applications for public services.


 Qualification and Experience

•  Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Public Policy, IT, Business, or related field.
•  3+ years of experience in digital transformation, preferably in government or public sector projects.
•  Expertise in project management and stakeholder engagement.
•  Familiarity with cloud platforms, data analytics, and cybersecurity frameworks.


Skills and Competencies  

• Experience with donor-funded or multi-government projects.
• Ability to navigate complex political and regulatory environments.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Compensation and benefits are very competitive and will be commensurate with experience.
