Duties & Responsibilities:

• • Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in luxury hotel or spa operations.
  • Provide a warm welcome and personalized service to all guests visiting the spa.
  • Oversee daily operations to ensure areas are well maintained and service is delivered seamlessly in accordance with spa standards.
  • Manage professional and retail orders.
  • Handle guest complaints professionally and provide appropriate service recovery.
  • Seek opportunities for team development and facilitate training for front of house team members to elevate service and improve guest interactions.
  • Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
  • Perform check in and check out of all spa guests. Handle payment transactions of guests’ treatment and retail products.
  • Provide guest escorts to changing rooms, relaxation area and swimming pool.
  • Ensure the spa reception area and retail display is kept clean and tidy.
  • Ensure all payment transactions are accurate at the end of each shift, assisting the team in rectifying any discrepancies.
  • Scheduling spa reservations and upsell treatments to maximize room and therapist utilization.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures and perform other duties as assigned by Management.

Qualifications:

• Proficient with computers including Microsoft Office.
• Minimum 2-4 years customer service experience -preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a Supervisory Role Minimum 3years of experience as a therapist (Aesthetics or Massage)
