We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Marketing Manager to assist in the development and execution of our marketing strategies. In this role, you will work closely with the Marketing Manager to organize campaigns, manage social media channels, conduct market research, and analyze performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the creation, implementation, and management of marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, social, print, and email).

  • Manage day-to-day activities on the company’s social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok), including content creation and community engagement.

  • Conduct market research to identify consumer trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities for brand growth.

  • Help organize and coordinate promotional events, trade shows, and product launches.

  • Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, design, customer service) and external agencies to ensure brand consistency.

  • Assist with administrative tasks, including budget tracking, invoicing, and preparing marketing presentations.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • A minimum of 3-4 years of proven experience in a marketing role (e.g., Marketing Assistant, Social Media Coordinator).

  • Solid understanding of digital marketing principles, SEO, and social media algorithms.

  • Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., Canva, Hootsuite, Mailchimp, Google Workspace).

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a flair for copywriting.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

  • A creative mindset paired with strong analytical abilities to interpret marketing data.
