Assistant Manager/ Supervisor 

Duties & Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Assist in leading and mentoring staff to ensure operational tasks align with the company’s strategic goals.
•  Contribute to the development of business strategies and take the lead in executing implementation plans.
•  Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction by resolving escalated issues and ensuring quality service.
•  Monitor key performance metrics and provide reports to senior management to help drive continuous improvement.
•  Supervise day-to-day workflows to ensure maximum efficiency and smooth clinic/office operations.
•  Coordinate and conduct the orientation and training of new team members.
•  Assist in tracking budget expenses, managing petty cash, and monitoring daily income records.
•  Execute other tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the Management team to support business needs.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a supervisory or assistant managerial role.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach.
• Ability to multitask and remain effective in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (preferred).
• At least 3–5 years of professional experience.
• Previous experience in the Medical Industry is highly preferred.

Special Requirements:

• Must be willing to work flexible hours, including night shifts and/or weekends as required by the facility.
