The Assistant Manager - Lotteries will have direct responsibility for product and channel awareness, onboarding new customers and providing support to all stakeholders as the SME for the specific product/channel.
Supreme Ventures Gaming Limited, a subsidiary of Supreme Ventures Limited, is seeking to employ an Assistant Manager to join their Lotteries Team. He/ She will have direct responsibility for product and channel awareness, onboarding new customers and providing support to all stakeholders as the SME for the specific product/channel. The incumbent shall be responsible for supporting the product throughout the Product Lifecycle to include gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements. Responsibilities also include working with retail/ sales, marketing, and support teams to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. The incumbent shall support the product/channel strategy and roadmap. Incumbent must be able to identify issues and areas for improvement through analysis.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Operationalize strategies aimed at achieving revenue and other related commercial targets.
• Engage, train and onboard retailers/ locations to the Supa Sellaz Channel.
• Provide support to new and existing Supa Sellaz to ensure efficient running of their accounts.
• Conduct monthly and quarterly review of revenue performance to identify non[1]performing Supa Sellaz location
• Routine and Ad Hoc updates on product performance – Revenue, Channel Usage, Product Issues/Feedback (Supa Sellaz, SV Games et al.)
• Assist in the development and operationalise strategies aimed at improving revenue generation of non-performing Supa Sella retailers
• Operationalize Customer retention strategies aimed at maintaining defined active customer levels and reducing customer churn
• Assist in the development of strategies aimed at re-engaging inactive SV Games customers and generating revenue
• Review and recommend strategies for improved customer experience on SV Games Mobile Platform
• Coordinate with the Marketing Team to develop and execute marketing initiatives aimed at increasing active customers and increased revenue on the SV Games platform
• Conduct checks on SV Games customer accounts to ensure gamers are in good standing and not in violation of prescribed policies (AML, Chargebacks etc.)
• Coordinate with Retail Team in the assessment and onboarding of retailers for complementary functions and services such as in-store cash in/outs, incentive schemes and other similar functions.
• Coordinate with Retail Team and oversee the Retailer Incentive Scheme and aid in successful implementation and participation from Retailer base.
• Vendor /Platform Provider engagement to ensure consistent uptime, user functionalitY and successful implementation of required updates and enhancements.
• Work with Internal teams to ensure all product related initiatives are executed as per expectations and defined SLAs
Monitor Resources to ensure no stockouts (POS consumables and devices)
EDUCATION, QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration / Marketing / Computer Science or related field.
Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in managing products (Commercial product management/FMCGs
• Experience in Applications (App) and or System Development considered an asset
• Knowledge of and experience in the gaming/lottery industry considered an asset.
