Support the Maintenance Manager in coordinating and supervising maintenance operations, ensuring optimal functionality of facilities, equipment, and infrastructure while complying with safety, operational, and sustainability standards.
Technical degree or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Maintenance Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within maintenance or engineering operations, preferably in hospitality or large-scale facilities.
Previous experience in assistant or supervisory maintenance roles is preferred.
Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance processes.
Understanding of safety regulations and occupational health standards.
Basic knowledge of sustainability and energy efficiency practices.
Ability to read technical manuals, plans, and maintenance reports.
Support the coordination and supervision of daily maintenance operations, including preventive and corrective tasks.
Ensure facilities, equipment, and systems are maintained in optimal working condition.
Assist in coordinating communication between Maintenance and other operational departments to ensure timely resolution of requests.
Support monitoring compliance with safety standards, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Assist in supervising contractors and external service providers when required.
Support administrative tasks such as work orders, maintenance logs, inventory control, and reporting.
Monitor the proper use and control of tools, equipment, and spare parts.
Support training and guidance of maintenance staff to ensure adherence to standards and best practices.
Assist in implementing sustainability initiatives related to energy, water, and resource efficiency.
Participate in emergency response procedures and incident resolution when necessary.
Perform additional maintenance management duties as assigned.
