Assistant Entertainment Manager

We are seeking an energetic and creative Assistant Entertainment Manger to help plan and deliver engaging entertainment programs, ensuring an exceptional guest experience while effectively supporting and motivating the team.

Qualification and Experience:

• Degree in Hospitality Management or related field 
• At Least 3 years Hotel Experience in a fast-paced environment within the same position
• Microphone experience (distinct asset)
• Thorough knowledge of Entertainment procedures within the hotel
• Fluent in both Spanish and English (would be an asset)

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and implementation of daily and weekly entertainment schedules.
• Coordinate and oversee entertainment activities, shows, and special events.
• Supervise and support the entertainment team to ensure high performance and guest satisfaction.
• Engage with guests to gather feedback and continuously improve programming.
• Ensure all entertainment activities align with brand standards and safety guidelines.
• Manage inventory and equipment related to entertainment activities.
• Step in to lead activities or events when required.
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall guest experience.
