The Asset Integrity Officer ensures systems and processes are followed to keep equipment safe, reliable, and in good working condition.
ROLE OVERVIEW:
The Asset Integrity Officer ensures effective implementation and compliance of the Asset Management System (AMS) and related processes to maintain asset integrity and operational safety.
EDUCATION:
• BSc. Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent
• Tertiary level Technical or Professional Diploma or equivalent in a related field
• Project Management diploma or equivalent
EXPERIENCE:
• Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in Information Systems
• Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in maintenance or engineering management or equivalent
• Any other combination of education and / or experience will be considered.
KEY RESPONSIBILIITIES:
• Implement AMS requirements using CMMS software.
• Maintain accurate asset data, documentation, and preventive maintenance schedules per OEM standards.
• Upload and manage asset-related documents (certificates, manuals, procedures) in Maintenance Connection.
• Coordinate and deliver training on AMS processes and verify user competence.
• Support installation, testing, commissioning, and creation of new asset records.
• Collaborate with business units to identify safety-critical assets and critical spares and develop asset procedures.
• Close work orders and validate documentation in Maintenance Connection.
• Ensure preventive maintenance schedules align with certification and inspection programs.
• Conduct audits, document reviews, and compliance checks for assets and rental equipment.
• Prepare management review reports and track key performance indicators.
