The Applications Supervisor in the Retail Applications Department will oversee and coordinate administrative activities to support the smooth operation of our retailer onboarding process across all products/services from application to terminal installation.

Supreme ventures Services limited, A subsidiary of Supreme Ventures Limited is looking to identify an Applications Team Lead/Supervisor to join our applications team.

This role will be responsible for supervising administrative staff, managing office procedures, and ensuring efficient communication between various departments within the organization resulting in expert service delivery in a timely manner as set out by the Company. 

As a Team Lead in Applications your main responsibilities will be to:

  • Provide leadership and direction to the Applications Administrators, including training and performance management of staff.
  •  Oversee day-to-day administrative tasks such as reports, filing, and record-keeping to ensure the smooth functioning of the department.
  •  Serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and assistance to the Applications Administrators and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  •  Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, regulations, including health and safety standards, to maintain a safe and secure work environment. 
  • Facilitate communication between retail staff, management, and other departments, conveying important information and ensuring alignment on objectives and goals.
  • Conduct training sessions for Applications Administrators on company policies, procedures, and systems, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
  • To be conversant with Lottery, Sports Betting and Horse Racing conditions and sound practices and to have a good knowledge of their relevant SOPs.
As the Team Lead you will also be expected to: 
  • Recommend improvements to systems, procedures, and workflows to enhance the effectiveness of administrative operations.
  • Serve as a liaison between Applications Administrators and management, representing the interests and concerns of the department.
  • Make decisions regarding administrative procedures and processes with the Applications Department, ensuring compliance with company policies and standards.
  • Delegate tasks to Applications Administrators to optimize departmental efficiency and productivity.
  • Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes related to Applications operations providing valuable insights and recommendations.
EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • Proven three (3) years’ experience in administrative roles, prefera
  • bly in a supervisory or leadership position.
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service. 
  • Knowledgeable of CRM Systems is an asset.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Database Management
