We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Airport Coordinator to support our daily security operations at the airport.

Job Summary

The Airport Coordinator will be responsible for managing daily operations at the airport security post. This includes scheduling officers, maintaining operational standards, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and fostering a high-performance team environment. The role requires strong leadership, organization, and communication skills to support client satisfaction and smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule officers using the Smart Task platform

  • Oversee welfare and turnout standards of guards

  • Conduct weekly inspections of logbooks

  • Ensure all posts are staffed and post orders are available and current

  • Confirm officers are trained to client and JCAA standards

  • Monitor PSRA credentials and manage renewal process

  • Account for and maintain serviceability of all equipment

  • Submit operational reports and escalate incidents promptly

  • Monitor credential check and departure line operations

  • Lead daily briefings with officers and supervisors

  • Uphold compliance with company policies and regulations

  • Maintain direct communication with client on operational matters

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent

  • Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in a security-related environment

  • Valid General Driver’s Licence held for over 5 years

  • Clean police record (no older than 6 months)

  • Good health

  • Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and public holidays

  • Must be willing to take a polygraph (integrity test)
