Role description

Looking for an individual that’s enthusiastic, upbeat and self-starter for the Global Delivery Business Unit.

Working in a collaborative and fast-paced environment, the primary responsibilities will include:

Recruitment Support

  • Assist with recruitment activities such as creating engaging job adverts, posting jobs on external career sites and reviewing CVs against job briefs.
  • Carry out screening calls (video/phone) with successful candidates to map them against requirements and confidently sell the offering of the firm’s consultants offering.
  • Fully own the interview process, from setting up interviews between candidates and stakeholders to managing the interview inbox, including cancellations and reschedules.

Onboarding Support

  • Obtain information from candidates to facilitate their application and onboarding process.
  • Carry out identity verification calls (via Teams) with the candidates.
  • Move candidates across various steps in our ATS, from offer generation until full successful hiring into the Community and send out relevant communication on every step of the way.
  • Liaise with the Resourcing, Hiring & Vetting and Agile Talent Support teams to ensure all necessary documents are obtained and processed on time.

 

 Operational Support

  • Maintain Recruitment tracker with up-to-date information on candidate’s onboarding journey.
  • Regularly update ATS with consultant information.
  • Track and manage the onboarding of consultants across various teams ensuring adherence to SLAs.
  • Assist the Recruitment team with chasing candidates and answering their queries to facilitate a smooth recruitment and onboarding experience.
  • Facilitate the drafting of termination letters and other required documentation.  
  • Respond to candidates in a timely and professional manner regarding issues, queries and information requests and liaise with the relevant Recruiter accordingly to maintain a positive candidate journey.
  • Support ad-hoc initiatives as directed by the Agile Talent Recruitment Manager.

 

 Process Improvement

  • Identify areas for operational improvement within the Agile Talent Team and propose enhancements to optimize efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with established protocols and maintain organized records of consultant information.

 Key skill requirements

  • Previous experience in recruitment or resourcing coordination, ideally within professional services or a similar fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting the full recruitment lifecycle, including screening, interview coordination, offers, and onboarding.
  • Experience conducting candidate screening calls and engaging professionally with candidates via phone and video.
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills to able to interact confidently with candidates, stakeholders and internal teams.
  • Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work to agreed quality standards and timelines.
  • Familiarity with MS Office 365 tools (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) as well as collaboration and organizational tools like Bookings, Planner and SharePoint.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to changing processes and technologies, learning and applying new systems with ease and comfortable managing changing priorities, high volumes, and ad-hoc requests in a dynamic delivery environment.
  • A proactive self-starter attitude demonstrating initiate in managing tasks independently, anticipating issues and following up without constant direction with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a global environment.

Experience and Qualifications

  • Minimum of an accredited bachelor’s degree in business, Human Resource Management, or a related field;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • 2-3 Years’ experience in a professional Human Resource/ recruitment environment.
