Job Title: Administrative Support

Job Overview: The ideal candidate has a unique blend of Administrative, IT and Accounting skills to support the daily operations. Assisting with basic accounting tasks including invoicing, reconciling accounts, creating invoices. Provide administrative support for filing, ordering office supplies and co-ordinate meetings.

Some Responsibilities:

1. Provide administrative support to the team, including but not limited to managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.

2. Maintain and update company databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.

4. Assist with basic accounting tasks such as invoicing, expense tracking, and reconciling accounts.

6. Coordinate travel arrangements for senior management.

7. Assist with the organization and execution of meetings.

8. Handle general office duties such as filing, scanning, and ordering supplies.

 

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.

2. Proven experience in an administrative role.

3. Strong IT skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

4. Basic understanding of accounting principles and experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks).
