About the Role:

The purpose of this role is to manage purchasing activities and ensure accurate data entry of production reports into SAP Business 1, contributing to efficient supply chain and production operations. The incumbent is responsible for compiling production reports, reconciling production data, and conducting inventory cycle counts. 

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Prepare purchase orders in SAP Business 1 and perform all associated activities for all Tortuga Business Units.
• Enter inventory-related activities into reporting workbooks and SAP.
• Input production information from operations department into SAP production orders.
• Track, validate, and report on inputs, in-process, and output items of the production process.
• Validate and track inventory in the shop floor warehouse.
• Conduct cycle counts for shop floor warehouse.
• Enter payroll, headcount, and waste figures into SAP production orders.
• Compile all relevant data into the production reporting database according to set timelines.
• Complete inventory costing reports for finished products and incoming raw materials.
• Maintain custody of shop floor warehouse in SAP.
• Conduct periodic stock counts.
• Organize and file operations paperwork and files.
• Verify production sign over daily.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree/ Associate Degree/ Diploma in Business Administration or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in a food production facility or related industry.
• Experience in inventory management, goods receiving, or warehousing required; relevant degrees/certifications considered.
• Proficiency in data entry and SAP Business 1.
• Awareness of food safety, quality, and Good Manufacturing Practices.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work autonomously.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment. 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analysis skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
