About the Role
As an Administrative Services Specialist, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of administrative processes for our U.S. client. From coordinating meetings and managing travel to supporting client engagements and conducting market research, your contributions will directly impact the efficiency and success of our operations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality administrative support including document processing, data analysis, and PowerPoint presentations.
  • Communicate proactively with clients and internal teams to manage requests and resolve inquiries.
  • Coordinate logistics for meetings, training events, and travel arrangements.
  • Conduct client and market research to support business development.
  • Assist with training new team members and upskilling peers.
  • Perform quality reviews, audits, and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
  • Support client engagement management including invoice creation and engagement letter drafting.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in administrative services, preferably in a large professional services environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
