Administrative Clerk – Service Department
The Administrative Clerk shall provide general support to team leaders of the Service Department of the Dealership.
Responsibilities
- Collect, collate and store service records in the prescribed manner
- Provide clerical and administrative support to the Service Manager, including coordinating training sessions and organizing meetings
- Updating of databases
Qualifications and Skills
- At least a high school diploma with passes in at least five (5) subjects including passes in English A and Mathematics.
- An Associates Degree advantageous
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and graphics programmes such as Canva
- Ability to prioritize tasks and complete with a high level of accuracy
- Works independently and with a high level of confidentiality
