Administrative Assistant
Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Records & Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for the seamless organization of our physical and digital filing systems, ensuring that all records are managed with the highest level of accuracy and confidentiality. The successful candidate will play a key part in our digital transformation by converting physical documents into electronic files and providing essential support in data entry and information management. As a point of contact for the office, you will also maintain professional communication across phone, email, and mail to support our daily operations.
Job Role and Responsibilities:
Qualifications and Experience Required
5 CXC’s including Mathematics and English Language
1-3 years experience in office administration and customer service
Certification/Diploma in office administration would be an asset
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Excellent computer skills, especially typing.
Attention to detail
Experience in the medical field would be an asset
Knowledge of Quickbooks would be an asset
Special Requirements:
Must be willing to work flexible shifts and weekends.
