Administrative Assistant – Premium Events Venue

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional Administrative Assistant to support the operations of a premium events venue. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional service while contributing to business growth.

Key Responsibilities

πŸ“ž Client Communication & Scheduling

  • Answer and manage incoming calls and inquiries
  • Schedule and coordinate site visits with prospective clients
  • Maintain clear and professional communication with customers throughout the booking process

πŸ“‹ Event Coordination Support

  • Liaise with clients to prepare and deliver quotations
  • Communicate with suppliers to obtain pricing and availability
  • Assist in coordinating event requirements to ensure smooth execution

  • Maintain accurate records of company income and expenses
  • Prepare organized financial summaries for presentation to Directors
  • Ensure all documentation is properly recorded and accessible

Requirements

  • Basic accounting or financial tracking experience is an asset
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
