The Administrative Assistant will provide secretarial and administrative support to management and other staff in the performance of their duties.

KPMG in Caricom is seeking to hire talented, highly motivated Administrative Assistant who can provide secretarial and administrative support to management and other staff in the performance of their duties. Job Responsibilities
- Provide secretarial support to the management team
- Data entry of proposal and engagement information into an Advisory database. Requires perusal of engagement letters, client deliverables etc. to obtain all required information e.g. project scope, timeframes, cost, resources involved etc.
- Provide lunchtime and other relief for Receptionist.
- Assist in the preparation of proposals by performing any internal and external research and producing any necessary charts, graphs, diagrams etc.
- Assist in the preparation of any necessary risk management forms e.g. Local Conflict checks, Sentinel queries,
- Client & Engagement Acceptance & Continuance (CEAC) forms etc.
- Print and bind proposals and prepare tender envelopes
- Print and bind various client deliverable reports
- Prepare client invoices with input from Advisory Managers
- Type and print various letters, faxes, labels etc.
- Assist in the performance of other duties including stamping envelopes for delivery
- Assist in the creation and maintenance Advisory client files according to the (Global RAS Engagement Guide (GREG) standard
- Maintain contact lists of Advisory and KPMG clients in order to facilitate the preparation of envelope labels and specialized mailings
- Assist with preparing letters, stuffing envelopes and mailing out various Advisory publications
- Support any necessary activities of the Advisory staff at their participation in various conferences and trade shows including printing brochures, preparing folders and CDs, organizing displays, setting up venue etc.
Job Requirements
- Experience working in a professional environment
- Certificate, diploma or other relevant secretarial/administrative training
- Intermediate level of proficiency in Microsoft Word (Can be developed through training)
- Proficient in Microsoft Power Point, Excel and Access
- Good client service and strong interpersonal skills
- Good communication and writing skills
- Vibrant, enthusiastic and willing to learn
- Quick learner of various software products
- Excellent organizational skills
- High attention and focus on detail and maintaining an extremely high level of quality
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize to get tasks accomplished within deadlines
- Ability to work in a demanding but professional environment with strict deadlines.
- Self-motivated, team player able to work as part of a team to accomplish specified tasks
