Administrative Assistant

Location: Curepe/Valsayn

Salary range: TTD$7,500.00 to TTD$8,000.00 (monthly)

  • Utilize all aspects of LightSpeed Point of Sale
  • Organizing and keeping the office running
  • Improving Systems: Update and maintain office policies and procedures.
  • Correspondence and Communication: Answering phones, responding to emails, drafting and editing letters and managing internal and external communication.
  • Record keeping and filing: Managing organized records, files, and databases.
  • Office Support: Assisting with general clerical tasks, ordering supplies and managing office equipment.
  • Team Support: Provides administrative needs to other staff members to ensure efficient office operations.
  • Data Management: Updating information databases and spreadsheets.
  • Critical : Works with sensitive information with discretion to maintain confidentiality and security and ensure compliance with privacy policies and regulations.
 
Skills:
  • Familiarity with standard office platforms, such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point) and other relevant software.
  • Data management and entry skills, including the ability to maintain and improve filing systems.
  • Accurate record keeping.
  • Excellent written and verbal communicating skills.
  • Time management, multi tasking, and flexibility.
  • Organizational skills.
  • Accuracy and attention to details..
  • Interpersonal skills, professional and courteous demeanor, excellent office and phone etiquette, and the ability to diffuse tense situations.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and navigate multiple deadlines.
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
  • Ability to work well independently and in collaboration with others.
  • Presents a positive and professional image for the organization.
  • Ensures that deadlines are met and adapts to changing priorities.
 

Qualifications and Experience: 
  • Bachelor's or Associate Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or Certificate in Administrative Professional Secretary; or equivalent qualification in a related discipline.
  • Two (2) experience years in a similar position.
  • Equivalent combination of training and experience.
