The Gallagher Caribbean Group has offices spread across 10 Caribbean territories and has a vacancy for an Administrative Assistant at its Barbados office.
The incumbent’s primary function will be to (a) provide administrative support to the Group Chief Executive Officer; (b) provide support to the Human Resources team; (c) to coordinate and manage the general services needs of the office supporting the smooth operation of the office; (d) to coordinate meetings and minutes as required; and (e) to provide support to projects and initiatives undertaken by the Human Resources department.
Benefits: Compensation will be commensurate with qualifications and experience, in addition to group health and group life insurance.
