The Administrative Assistant plays a key support role within the branch, providing efficient administrative assistance to the Branch Manager and Business Development Representative (BDR).

The Administrative Assistant plays a key support role within the branch, providing efficient administrative assistance to the Branch Manager and Business Development Representative (BDR). This includes managing customer documentation, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations to support loan processing and client service delivery. The ideal candidate will exhibit high standards, excellent communication skills, and have an ability to take initiative and prioritize daily tasks. A strong ability to take charge and meet tight deadlines will ensure your success in this multi-faceted role.

 

Responsibilities

  • Interviewing customers with enquiries about our services
  • Answer telephone calls and assist with enquiries being made
  • Assisting Branch Managers or BDRs in the loan application process
  • Making calls to delinquent customers, following up for upcoming repayments
  • Photocopying and scanning of documents
  • Filing and maintaining file cabinets
  • Petty cash management and reimbursement
  • Maintaining office supplies and stationery
  • Prepare daily collection sheets.
  • Any other duties assigned by the Branch Manager.

 Qualifications

  • Associate Degree in Business Administration, Management Studies or related field from an accredited tertiary institution
  • Three (3) years’ experience in related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite

 Skills

  • Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask
