Seeking a proactive Administrative Assistant to manage office operations, payroll support, and compliance tasks in a dynamic beverage manufacturing environment. Ensure accurate records, effective communication, and smooth coordination across departments.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to management and staff, including scheduling meetings, preparing correspondence, and maintaining records.
Coordinate documentation for HR, payroll, compliance, and operational processes.Assist with production staff payroll by: Collecting and verifying time-sheets, overtime, and shift records.
Preparing payroll inputs for HR/payroll teams.
Ensuring accuracy of allowances, deductions, and statutory compliance.
Supporting audits and maintaining payroll records for production employees.
Assist with reporting by preparing spreadsheets, presentations, and summaries for leadership.
Handle communication with internal teams, vendors, and external stakeholders in a professional manner.
Perform general office duties such as answering calls, greeting visitors, and managing correspondence.
Qualifications & Experience
Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, HR, Accounting, or related field (or equivalent experience).
2–3 years administrative experience, preferably in manufacturing, FMCG, or distribution industries.
Payroll knowledge with experience handling timesheets, allowances, and statutory deductions for hourly/shift staff.
Strong computer skills with proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging diverse teams.
Organized and detail‑oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
