To assist the Financial Controller and Finance Department with financial and administrative duties.
Main Duties:
• Provides support to the Financial Controller and Finance department ensuring confidentiality.
• Receives and dispatches all incoming and outgoing mail for Finance Department.
• Drafts/types of correspondence for the Financial Controller.
• Receives telephone calls, refers calls/visitors to appropriate personnel.
• Complies & Distribute Monthly Management Reports.
• Prepares packages for Board of Directors Meetings and Annual General Meetings.
• Prepares correspondences for banks, liaises with Bank officers with respect to any queries which may arise.
• Collaborate with internal departments and work closely with the IT to address issues.
• Maintaining inventory levels of stationery supplies and ensuring timely purchasing and delivery for the office.
• Office Administration duties as required.
Requirements And Skills:
• Pursuing or completed a Tertiary level education in business or related qualification (bachelor’s degree in business
administration or administrative Management Professional Certificate)
• 2+ years’ administrative assistant experience
• Possesses Integrity, Ethics and confidentiality in the workplace.
• Strong oral communications skills (telephone etiquette, receptionist duties, customer service oriented
• Strong written communications skills (minutes, memos, letters, emails)
