The ideal candidate will have a minimum of four (4) years’ experience in administration and HR, a bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field, and a proven ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Admin & HR Officer to support the day-to-day administrative and human resource operations of our organization. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of four (4) years’ experience in administration and HR, a bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field, and a proven ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes, including job posting, candidate screening, interview coordination, and employee orientation.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, HRIS data, and personnel files in compliance with company policy and legal requirements.
  • Support performance management processes, including tracking KPIs, preparing reports, and assisting with appraisals.
  • Coordinate employee training and development programs.
  • Assist with payroll processing, leave management, and benefits administration.
  • Address employee queries and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.

Administration:

  • Oversee general office operations, including inventory management, office supplies, and vendor coordination.
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations for management.
  • Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and organize company events when required.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and administrative regulations.
  • Support budget preparation and expense tracking for administrative functions.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in an administrative and HR support role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, labour laws, and HRIS systems.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
