Marketing Officer

Job Purpose

The Marketing Officer will be responsible for planning, developing, and executing brand strategies and marketing programs for assigned products. The role focuses on driving brand value, profitability, and market performance, while monitoring consumer insights and industry trends. Close collaboration with internal teams and external partners will be required to ensure successful execution of initiatives.


Key Responsibilities

Brand Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement both short-term and long-term brand strategies to support profitability.

  • Prepare and manage budgets for brand initiatives.

  • Communicate brand essence, positioning, and benefits effectively.

Marketing & Promotions

  • Plan and execute campaigns across digital, print, broadcast, and social media channels.

  • Organize and support events, sponsorships, and corporate programs.

  • Partner with agencies, vendors, and advertising counterparts to deliver impactful results.

  • Monitor brand performance, A&P spend, and campaign effectiveness.

  • Provide toolkits and promotional materials to support sales activities.

Market Research & Insights

  • Collect and analyze market and consumer data to identify trends and opportunities.

  • Track ROI on marketing activities and recommend improvements.

  • Monitor competitor activity, industry changes, and consumer behavior.

New Product Development

  • Assist in identifying consumer needs and market opportunities.

  • Contribute to competitive analysis and product development proposals.

  • Support the launch of new products, ensuring delivery within budget and timelines.


Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

  • 3–5 years’ experience in a similar role.


Skills & Abilities

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret research and market data.

  • Creative and innovative thinker with strong problem-solving skills.

  • Competence in planning, budgeting, and cost management.

  • Knowledge of digital marketing and consumer engagement trends.
