We are seeking a detail‑oriented and organized Accounts Clerk & Property Administration Officer to support finance and property administration operations.
Accounts Clerk & Property Administration Officer
Key Responsibilities
Record and maintain accurate financial and tenant transactions
Process invoices, receipts, payments, and bank reconciliations
Monitor tenant accounts and follow up on outstanding balances
Prepare journals, payment schedules, and monthly payouts
Generate purchase orders and support inventory reconciliation
Maintain organized financial and administrative records
Key Skills
Experience with accounting/property systems (e.g., Xero, Buildium)
Knowledge of accounts payable, receivable, and reconciliations
Strong attention to detail and time‑management skills
