Main Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and ledgers
Prepare and process invoices, payments, and receipts
Assist with or manage the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Reconcile bank statements and monitor daily cash flow
Prepare journal entries and support month-end and year-end close processes
Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, laws, and internal policies
Support the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts
Assist with audits and liaise with auditors as required
Maintain records of fixed assets, depreciation, and inventory as applicable
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations
