Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and process accounts payable transactions with accuracy and timeliness
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers through consistent and reliable payment practices
• Assist in general accounting functions including reconciliations, journal entries, and financial reporting
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve invoice and payment discrepancies
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies

What We are Looking For:

• Proven experience in an accounting role, preferably in a manufacturing setting
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Experience with Accpac is a strong advantage
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• A team player with a proactive attitude and problem-solving mindset

Qualifications:

• Degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience
